Are samples free?

Samples are available with a deposit of USD 100 per sample (350 g), excluding shipping costs.

Note: The deposit will be deducted from your upcoming purchase contract. The deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to buy, as it is used to cover the cost of sample preparation.

Yes, you can. However, warehouse visits are only available for our existing customers.If this is your first purchase, we require the order invoice to be paid before scheduling a visit.

Our payment term is 50/50

50% Down Payment (DP) after the contract is signed. 50% balance payment once the goods are ready, 3 days before stuffing into the container (supported with product photos & videos).

We primarily accept USD. Other currencies can be negotiated.

Payments are made via bank transfer (TT).

No. We process orders based on pre-order, according to buyer demand.

Production and preparation require 4 weeks after the contract is signed and the down payment is received.

By default, shipments are not insured. Insurance can be added upon the buyer’s request.

Yes. Export documents are prepared by the EXIM Department according to the destination country's requirements. For EXW terms, export documents become the buyer’s responsibility.

We apply strict quality control procedures, including:

1. Product Documentation: Photos and videos are provided before shipment to ensure transparency.

2. Independent Surveyor: Third-party inspection is available upon request.

3. Pre-Shipment Samples: Samples can be sent for quality verification before loading.

Yes. All incoming products are recorded in verified warehouse system, allowing full traceability for specific lots.

Yes. We can supply private label based on the buyer’s request. We offer professional packaging, labeling, and customized designs to match your brand identity.

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellation is not eligible for a refund. All payments are considered non-refundable.
